Microsoft Surface Studio output file quality

The monitor resolution is 4500x3000 and I am saving the mp4 file as 1800x1200. The video is not sharp. I am using BCC950 webcam and Xsplit.
I tried bandicam and its video is perfect, however I can't get the backround removal working with bandicam, so I'd love to use OBS. But as I said,
the OBS video is somewhat blurry.

I am a new user, any help would be appreciated. Any suggestions?

I mentioned BCC950 and Xsplit, but this may not be relevant since it is the display capture that is somewhat blurry.
