Hello to the OBS forum.

This is my first post here :)
I am having a small issue or problem with my OBS.

I use OBS for making a virtual camera while on Google Meet and for YouTube - Vimeo etc video for free tutorials and free teaching material and purposes

My setup is and OBS Version is

Windows 11 PRO
OBS STUDIO 30.0.. (64bit)
Logitech BRIO
3 monitors
Razer Seiren X
5.1 speaker system
Logitech G935 wireless headset

What I want to do is to have a short ''welcome - please wait" video of around 10-15 minutes before the Google Meet.
I have made the video and when I play it via VLC or the Media Source, it has sound on me but when I turn on the virtual camera my guests see the video without sound.

Also, I want to be able to record the meetings with both my voice and the guest I am hosting the meet.

Let me know what I need to provide, a screenshot or some kind of log file.

Thank you very much :)

UPDATE: The sound when I use YouTube streaming - from the song playing is being ''displayed'' So, the point is that when I use the "Virtual camera" my audience can hear ONLY THE SOUND ENTERING THE MIC, but when I stream on YouTube, they can hear both sounds. Both Mic and the game.

The same happens in Zoom, Facebook Messenger, Google Meet. So it's not something wrong on my end but a setting on OBS to make it ''capture'' or "stream" the sound on those apps.

everything is ok, when you connect virtual cam to zoom or other service, OBS send only video because use virtual cam - you see VIRTUAL CAM, not VIRTUAL AUDIO OUTPUT.
Now install Virtual Cable and in zoom use as Input device, in OBS set audio monitoring to Virtual Cable as Output, on all audio source add w Advanced Audio Properties switch to Audio monitoring and streaming.
