Microphone records audio from speakers

Hello,
I use speaker and a separat microphone.
When I record a Videochat or something else, my microphone records also the sound from the speaker.
Yes, I can turn off the microphone, but my question is,
is there a possibility to use microfone and speaker at the same time and the microphone filter the sound from the speaker?
that in OBS desktop sound and microphone record are separate and not double.

Best way to accomplish this - that I've found - is to use headphones. Any audio coming from the speakers will be picked up from the microphone.

I'm guessing you are thinking the noise/echo cancellation built into most conferencing applications... which OBS isn't
I believe you would need a plugin, if one exists, to handle such audio processing for you as it is not built into OBS, with some likely complexity due to audio routing considerations. As noted above, the easier solution is just to use headphones.
