Question / Help Microphone Problem

So I have been using OBS for a while now and I keep getting this little issue, whenever I import my work into something like VEGAS 15, my mic or my friends mic has this little sound glitch, it happens at random and I don't know how to fix this problem, I have attached a link to Dropbox, this small clip is from one of my recent recordings to let you see what I mean.

No, when I open recording in VLC, it's just the game audio that plays because I have my mic and my friends mic on two different tracks

And if the audio glitch isn't in the source video, the problem is in vegas.

No what I mean is, the only thing that plays in VLC is the gameplay and the game audio, my voice and my friends voice don't appear in VLC

Right-click in vlc while playing -> audio -> audio track.

Ok so I checked it and the glitch noise was there too, any idea on what to do?
