Microphone not recording. Please help! (log file included)

Frustrating! It was working before, but now my microphone isn't recording. The bar moves in Audi Mixer when I speak but nothing is captured on the video. What am I doing wrong?

I have reinstalled OBS countless times now and still it won't pick it up.

I've tested the microphone on Discord and it works so this is an OBS issue rather than hardware related. I have mic recording to channel 2 and in output I have changed recording quality to indistinguishable quality, large file size and ticked the audio track. Still won't pick it up.
