Question / Help Microphone Noise Gate

Hello!

First off, let me say: thank you to all developers of OBS for releasing the great software on Linux. I am now using Linux for just about everything! Very much appreciated! I was playing around with it, and was wondering if a Microphone noise gate had been implemented yet? Of course, with all of the work on recent development, it's very possible it's not in yet, but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing it.

its not been added yet but i believe you can possibly get ladspa effects along with pulseaudio so the noise gate would be handled prior to obs-studio getting the mic audio. i haven't looked into it yet so don't ask me how to do it but here's a link with some info: http://thenerdshow.com/audio.html
