Question / Help Microphone Cracking when too loud

Hi there I have been using OBS Studio since it has came out. Up until a few months ago I had no issues with it. It was pointed out to me by viewers that when I screamed or spoke too loud my microphone audio would crack. I have already set a noise gate and tried to alter the settings on my Blue Yeti Microphone. Any help would be great. I love using Studio and have everything set up help me to keep using this ;P. Log file and example of problem below. Thanks.

Hi,

Have you also checked the settings within windows? I see you have checekd OBS and the blue yeti. Do you run any virtual audio devices? as this can be a common problem within these. Also check all your audio is set to 48000 within the USB recording option in windows when you check the levels, as this should match OBS.

Thanks so much the problem was a simple fix. I am not sure if the 48000 was what fixed it but I also noticed after looking at OBS that the shortcut when it updated last launches 32bit rather than 64. I used the 64 bit version and now it works. either way I thank you for the suggestion it caused me to further look into my problem.
