That depends on what kind of background sound you need to cut out.
  • Is it sound from your game and PC? Use headphones so that the audio can't bleed over into your mic.
  • Is it room tone from just air moving around your house? Use a noise gate filter either in OBS or in whatever audio pre-processor you've got.
  • Is it other noise like trucks rolling down the street in front of your house? That's harder, but you can make a tiny recording booth with an ikea cube and some cheap sound insulating foam squares.
Edit: Ideally, you'll do all three of these. It's a lot easier to deal with audio issues when you don't have interference in the first place.

Another thing you can do is buy a mic shield that wraps acoustic foam around it.

Oh, good point!

That reminds me, another kind of noise could just be popping from a your own voice. If you want to reduce that, you'd do well to get a pop filter. You can get them as cheaply as 7USD, or you can even make your own.

But keep in mind that just getting to making things is more important than having perfect quality right when you start. Keep at it, and you'll figure things out one at a time.

Now the problem is when I speak :(( I looked on Youtube and I don't find best settings....
That's just a case of sound getting to your microphone. Now you're into recording production territory. Look up how voice actors and radio technicians set up their microphones. Since you can't use software to extract your voice, you have to isolate your recording as much as possible.

For a start, try turning down the gain so it doesn't pick up as much from the background. Then move the mic closer to your mouth to compensate. Nicer mics will have a "cardioid" pickup shape that ignores sound from behind the mic, but I can't find any information about whether the Tracer Screamer can do that.

Good luck!
