Question / Help Microphone audio stuttering/popping only through OBS

I got constant stuttering/popping on my microphone audio, but only in OBS. In the clip below you can hear the problem, but then I do a microphone test in the Soundblaster control panel and it sounds clear and crisp. I've tried lowering the audio compression settings to make it fast as possible, but nothing has helped. I have an i7-7700k so I don't think its a CPU contention issue.

It's in the spreadsheet in his sig. Here is the relevant info:

To install proper audio codecs download Apple iTunes installer, but do not run it. Extract the archive with winrar or 7zip and run both 32bit and 64bit installers called AppleApplicationSupport.msi

I'm trying it right now.

I installed AppleApplicationSupport.msi and AppleApplicationSupport64.msi and it did not help at all, I still have the stuttering/popping. Any other suggestions?
