Question / Help Microphone Audio sounding terrible in obs

Hi my mic sounds terrible in obs and i cant fix it at all yet when i play the mic's sound back in realtek hd audio manager its sounds perfect
 
In case your computer has multiple microphones, possible are internal laptop mic, webcam mic, headset mic, external "real" mic, make sure you configure in OBS the mic device you intend to record. As default the "default" device is given in Settings->Audio. In this setting, explicitly choose the mic device you want, and not "default".

yea i set it to my current mic im using but in obs it still sounds terrible
