Bug Report Microphone audio one side more than the other?

Since I moved to OBS Studio my viewers are complaining they can see me only on one ear not sure if right or left one, what to do?

In OBS' mixer set the mic to mono.

why would that help? isnt that what's the mic doing now or am i getting it wrong?

The mic is getting mono in one channel of a stereo. That checkbox balances it out to both.

Check in Windows, what output modes uses your mic on record.
