I've been using OBS for a long time and everything was working great. I've researched tirelessly what this issue I'm having might be.
If I first open my game I game audio via the Desktop audio channel, but even with my mic properly set up I have no sound at all coming through my mix/aux channel. If I unplug my device firewire and plug it back in I get the mic to work, but I lose the game audio. I cannot get both channels working simultaneously like they did before. Everything is the same...I'm not sure what went wrong.
Like I said. this worked perfectly. I've streamed a lot and something must have changed somewhere, but I can't find anything.
Windows 10 settings
Recording device: usb audio device
Playback: usb audio device
all other sources diabled.
OBS audio settings:
sample: 44.1khz
channels: mono
desktop audio: default
mix/aux: usb audio device
all other devices disabled.
no push to talk buttons enabled.
The mic records fine in audition and can be heard without OBS open. Let me know if you need more info. This may be some type of bug. I hope you can help me get back to streaming.
