I have this crazy micro stutter that happens only when I stream games for some reason, my game feels totally fine to me but when I look at it on my phone or pull up my stream in a new tab I can see it stuttering quite frequently, I just can't wrap my head around what It would be, I've tried a lot of solitons so far and no look. I have also tried to stream on my old PC to see if I get stuttering which I did, that lead me to think it can only be either an Internet, OS or monitor issue. I've fresh installed windows 10 home 2 times, and I have 420 down and 35 up as well as I've tried with only 1 monitor. I've being running small stream tests on my twitch and pretty much every video it is quit visible and not nice to look at. Also the only games I play are battlefield 4 (pretty high fps) and rust (average 110 fps)

TRIED
Lower stream settings
capping my fps
using only 1 monitor instead of 2
all the game feature options messed around mainly game mode on and off
I've even went as far as hooking up my old PC (1080 6700k) still micro stutters
fresh installed windows
swapped out my ethernet cable
£20 to whoever can help me with my problem
