The output has MICRO-STUTTERS even if when in-game, the game is very smooth. The OBS was also ran as ADMINISTRATOR.

Keyframe Interval: 2
Preset: Max Quality
Profile: High
Look Ahead: Check
Psycho Visual Tuning: Check
GPU: 0
Max B-Frames: 2
Base (Canvas) Resolution: 1920x1080
Output (Scaled) Resolution: 1920x1080
Downscale Filter: Lanczos
Common FPS Values: 60
