Question / Help Micro-movement of sources

I used to be able to move sources one pixel at a time with the arrow keys.
I can't do that any more, and I can't find the setting to re-enable it.

Still working for me. Make sure the source you want to move is selected and unlocked in the sources window (the lock symbol has to appear as unlocked).

does not work for me. Yeah it's crazy hard to edit when arrows don't move anything around on the screen it takes hours instead of minutes.
