Question / Help Micro Freezes when Streaming

Hello,

I'm streaming LoL and the game is really much smoother when I don't have OBS on. It seems to stutter or micro freeze when OBS is on. The fps also drop from 60 (capped, so could be higher) to around 40-55. I also have all the in game graphic settings set to the minium when streaming.

Logs of last stream: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/2f86bdd841d1edc5a97acf883942b2a2

Configuration:
CPU: i5-6300 HQ 2.3GHz
RAM: 8 Go DDR4 SDRAM 2133 MHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 - 6 Go GDDR5 SDRAM

Pretty sure there is something wrong somewhere as this computer should be able to stream LoL with a decent quality and no freeze. I closed a program called plays.tv during the middle of last stream and it seemed to be a bit better but not yet at the quality I get with OBS off.

Thanks.

Run OBS on your NVIDIA card and don´t use multiadapter compatibility in game capture

Remove custom settings: scenecut=0

Ok, I switched the encoder setting from x264 to NVENC H.264. I tried removing the multiadapter compatibility but that produced a black screen in game. Could not find where the scenecut=0 setting was.

Removing multiadapter prodiuced blcak screen because your obs is not running on NVIDIA card. Use NVIDIA control panel to set it.

Scenecut=0 Maybe is set automatically by simple settings.
