Mic picks up every mouse and keyboard click, except if I reduce the sensitivity to the absolute minimum

What can I do to avoid picking up every click my peripherics make? I've tried lowering the sensibility on my mic phisically and through the windows sound window. If I get my voice to be barely hearable and kinda muffled I don't hear the clicks, otherwise if I want a proper sound it picks them up.

Tried noise gate and RNN noise reduction is already on. Any tips?
