Mic picking up other devices sounds

I can't even figure out why this is happening. I have a Soundblaster X3 with Mic and Headset plugged in. I also have a Avermedia Extremecap U3 for capturing video game systems. So the issue here is that when recording I do use different tracks. The only audio i'm recording is Mic and the Avermedia. I do have the Avermedia monitored so I can hear the audio of what I'm playing. I have no other devices enabled other then Mic and the Avermedia device not even my main output which is my headset. Okay so this is where it gets strange. For some reason my Mic is picking up the Avermedia's sound. I have the sound low enough in my headset for the mic not to pick it up but for some reason it still does. When I'm done the recording there is two tracks with the Mic and the Avermedia. However on Track 1 its got my Mic but you can also hear the Avermedia as well. On the 2nd track Avermedia device can be heard but my mic isn't. I just want Mic on track 1 and Avermedia on track 2 for better editing. Yes I am recording on Mp4 but I have also tried MKV same issue.

Okay so the log will show my track layout yes there more then one however as stated whatever tracks the Mic and Avermedia is on the Mic is picking up the sound from the Avermedia. All other devices are disabled I just have those tracks enabled cause I hate to go back and forth and disable them so they record nothing at all lol.

Yeah when monitoring is off it works. I suppose that is a flaw with OBS or a completely different issue altogether not sure. As for the webcam I have a piece of crap so the res is low. It gets the job done but I may get a better one in the future. It ain't for live streams its just for Youtube videos. Mp4 doesn't really give me any issues however MKV does but I learned of Remux which might solve my problems so I can use MKV and Remux to MP4 to use Magix Vegas.
