Question / Help Mic picking up headset sound?

Hi all hope everyone is staying safe during the lockdown if you are, and im sorry if i posted this in the wrong category, but it would seem that the mic on my headset picks up the audio playing through the actual head set iteself, i own an onikuma brand, i could easily shut off the audio completely but that would mean i wouldn't hear any of the games sounds in my headset which i dont really want to do, i already have a suppressor on there, and im not sure if gates would work or how to use them.

just looking for any other ideas before i completely shut of my audio

ps, if i added more supression filters would it stack??
