Question / Help Mic only works while recording not streaming

Like I said in the title when I record with OBS my mic works fine but if I switch to streaming all sound works but my mic and in the mixer the bar is moving so OBS is picking it up but the sound is not working.anyone have this issue or know of a fix? Thank you
