Question / Help Mic loop

So I just started OBS and I was having an excellent time with it! Until I was preparing for my third stream for tomorrow. I noticed that the mic was looping. It just started at of no were. The last thing I did before it broke was changing the duration. I put it back to normal and nothing changed. I tried everthing, so i'm seeking help. Please respond quick.

You'll have to provide more information.

Is your mic looping during stream, or recording only?
Are you monitoring your audio? If so, are you hearing double speak?

I just don't have enough information about when its happening.
