Question / Help Mic Echos only when i have an application running

Hey there, i'm having a slight technical problem in OBS regarding my mic. When I have no desktop audio playing it's fine, no echo whatsoever. I added a noise gate to my Desktop Audio and it got rid of the echo mostly, but when I have a game or music track running it starts acting up again. I'm real close to getting my setup to how i like it but this one issue is hindering me a bit. Pls help thx.

Fixed, but now i have a small thing that bothers me outside my recording that i can't turn down sounds in my virtual audio cable.
