Question / Help Mic Echo issues

I was streaming on Twitch Tuesday just fine. Wednesday comes around, I'm doing well streaming then all of a sudden my viewers said they couldn't hear me on twitch. I unplugged my UBS for my headset and plugged it back in. When I did that my MIC started to echo. I cant figure out why this is happening for the life of me. I have literally tried everything. I muted my stream sound so that is not the problem. I noticed my Desktop sounds on OBS was picking up my MIC as if it was a desktop sound, I have no idea why. I adjusted my volumes on multiple things to test that but nothing worked and made it worse by not allowing my viewers to hear me at all. I have no clue what to do at this point.

Things I have tried:

while watching my stream, my sounds are NOT on.

I have adjusted Recording sounds on my Computer

I have adjusted sounds on OBS

I have searched the internet to find a solution but I think Studies is too new, or this is a unique problem.

I have unplugged my headphones and replugged them.

I have used the JACKS instead of the USB which actually caused a new problem by my computer not recognizing my mic jack and only recognizing my headphones.

I have restarted my computer.

I have unplugged my Webcam.

I have muted my Webcam mic.

If you notice the Mic/aux 2 and the Desktop audio are detecting. I only have my camera on no game and the only sounds are from my mic. no desktop sounds.

209, the problem is worse. Doing what the youtube video says doesn't work and I've also disabled every other sound/recording source other then what I'm using. nothing is working. OBS is being trash lately.

If you're having a problem, please post a new thread and include a log. You're necroing a necropost here, before today this was a year old update to a three year old thread.
