Mic disconnecting/reconnecting randomly

Not sure if anyone can help with this, but for some reason my mic random disconnects as soon as I start speaking in my recordings. It reconnects automatically but then the sound is terrible. This happens almost exclusively when using OBS.

I have tried uninstalling, updating drivers, changing ports, etc. If anyone has any other solutions that worked for them, please let me know!
Here is the log for when it happens....

I have been trying to troubleshoot this issue off and on for a month now. Have you had any luck??? I am using a Mackie ProFX12v3 which connects via USB-C to my PC. What I have found is it works in hardware encoding and the mic doesn't drop but not much on the rest of the computer likes it much at all, youtube vids won't play etc while its in hardware encode. I am trying to get it to work in Software (x264) encoding and after I hit to Record stream within a minute the mic stops and the meter goes to 0 in OBS, I can still see that I am talking on the mixer meter its like it just kills the mic in OBS. I can turn the mixer off and back on and the mix works again for a few seconds until it repeats. My log looks like yours which is how I found this thread.
