Question / Help Mic Delay after long stream time

Have a little "issue"
Over the time the mic have still increasing delay ~ 1s after 4h
so in start the mic monitor is nearly instant and later like now after 4h+ its ~1s after talk

On "start" in the log is a line

00:44:42.214: adding 42 milliseconds of audio buffering, total audio buffering is now 42 milliseconds (source: Mic/Aux)
i need to add this in the advanced audio (-/+?) or is the "async" issue comes from another point?
and if not is there a way to detect the exactly needed delay ?

The view in the mixer's equalizer is "instant" there is no delay its display in the time i talk
only the monitor and output is over the time more and more behind

its not huge but after 2+hours the delay get to start confuse you by hear the delayed voice

tested today with timestamps and without with adding delay of -42
that will result still in a delay and in this new (never before) message in log
23:21:34.110: adding 42 milliseconds of audio buffering, total audio buffering is now 85 milliseconds (source: Mic/Aux)
24 minutes after start obs with the new -42 delay and timestamps active
try now with +42 but results will be in around 1-3h

any other ideas / tipps?

+ or - bottom results after the same time at same delay
all devices at 48khz and obs 48khz too

mic signal itself is live tested with mic direct output and obs monitoring
Some one a idea where the delay can come from ? (~0.8s @ 2H)

Update:
Found out that the "async" is only on Monitoring
quick disable enable fix it
but its not a comfortable way to do this every 15-30 minutes

Some ideas to fix it?
