So I was having an issue where the mic was cracking on OBS but was not on any other service (discord ts3 and such) the only fixes that I could find were centered around having a webcam, well I didn't have one and it still cracked.
Here's how I fixed it.
Open control Panel
Goto Sound
Find your Mic
Right Click Properties
Levels
Then Set your Speakers Volume to half
This fixed worked for me.
