Question / Help Mic Clicking Non-stop

I have posted a video of my problem at https://youtu.be/_VkMP6tkNEY. I have updated the mic driver and tried to mess around with the properties to no avail. My microphone is the realtek one installed into my laptop and it did work with no sound problems just a week ago. This is my first problem so please be patient as I do not know obs very well.

Does it sound the same in other capturing software?

Yes but it can vary in its distortion rate or the speed between the ''clicks''

sorry it doesn't change the rate between clicks I was just recording at a lower recording speed

hey guys, I seemed to fix the problem by plugging in and then unplugging a headset.
