Question / Help Mic buzzing in Obs on Xubuntu 15.04

I have a problem with buzzing sounds when i use microphone in Obs. on my computer skype and teamspeak seems to work fine with no buzzing sound. Do anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

well this command removed the buzzing
sudo apt-get --purge autoremove build-essential linux-headers-`uname -r` && sudo apt-get install build-essential linux-headers-`uname -r`

Now i have a struggle with really low volume because when i turn it up it starts buzzing again. so its improved but not good enough yet.
