Mic Audio Records. Will Not Stream.

I have a strange problem that came out of the blue when I went live recently. I have two mic sources, headphones and a USB mic, and both record just fine. However, whenever I stream there is no mic audio. Desktop audio works fine. I tried creating a new scene to see if this helps, and it did not. My sources are correct, drivers up to date, OBS has been updated, mics are capturing audio in the windows sound settings.... I'm at a loss.
Tried both YouTube and Twitch and neither would broadcast my mics, but any other sources were fine.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Again, only happens when I stream.
Any help will be so greatly appreciated!
 
Within the general settings->output is there the right track choosen in the streaming tab for audio (normally 1)? Then check in the advanced audio tab of the audio mixer if that audio tracks checkbox is set for these sources.
 
Did you recently update Windows because I've been having the exact same problem since I installed a windows update last week. I've tried everything the forums and youtube videos say to do to fix audio problems and nothing has worked. I think it might have something to do with that windows update. I could be wrong though

Have you installed the newest update KB4023057?
