Mic Audio Gone When Fullscreen Gaming

So, I have tinkered a bunch and cannot get OBS to record my desktop audio and microphone audio while I have my game open fullscreen. I have tested the recording and it records the desktop audio and microphone audio perfectly if the game isn't open in fullscreen, but the second I go fullscreen the microphone audio cuts out and it only records my desktop audio (the game). This is driving me crazy. Please help!!

I should add that the mic audio works during the welcome screen and all the way through the loading screen, and only cuts out when the game starts fully. I have an upcoming live stream scheduled (my first ever) and really want to get this fixed by then. Pretty please and thank you to anyone who can help.

Would be nice if someone could take a look at this for me. My USB mic doesn't work, but my Bluetooth headphones with a built in mic does.
