Mic audio cuts out as soon as gameplay starts.

I am officially stumped. This is only happening when I am trying to stream Spider-Man Remastered which just came out last week. My mic works in the menus, as soon as gameplay starts, my mic cuts out or becomes EXTREMELY choppy. My video camera, gameplay and gameplay audio are still fine. Been streaming for about a year and a half now and never experienced this before. I've reinstalled all the Nvidia drivers, windows updates and OBS itself. I even tried streaming from Streamlabs and I get the same issue there. I've tried streaming with NVENC and x264 as encoders, same issue. If anyone knows of a resolution, I would be extremely grateful. The issue isn't bitrate related as this even happens when I try to record off stream.

My computer is pretty powerful so this shouldn't be an issue, but I've even tried lowering the graphics from very high to medium and that doesn't resolve the issue either:
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor
32.0 GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

Log file from a short recording I just attempted with the sound issue: https://obsproject.com/logs/StlKo5X3KWXYPjAW

Hi I've Been having the exact same problem, with spider-man remastered and RDR2 every other game works great and I've messed around with the settings as best I can But no matter what I do my mic audio always lags and sounds choppy as soon as the gameplay starts idk what the issue is everything else sounds great and I too tried streamlabs and got the same result, so maybe its an issue with the game they need to fix.

Ughh any fix here? The same exact thing is happening to me in RDR2. I saw some people who seem to have had some luck by disabling their in game microphone or voice chat, but it hasn't helped me. I'm so frustrated.
