Ok, this is a weird issue, and it is intermittent which makes it harder to track down.
I have a 'Game' scene with (among other things) 2 audio sources. My USB Mic and the USB audio from my capture device. Periodically, when I go to either do a local recording or stream to twitch, and am on that scene, the capture device audio stops entirely and my Mic audio gets super choppy. If I switch to another scene that does not have the capture device audio on it, my mic sounds fine. Another odd point to this is that while the choppy mic is happening, my viewers say there is no game audio (from the capture device) yet I can hear the game audio just fine in my headphones which are set up as the monitor for that source.
I am running OBS 26.1.2 on MacOS Big Sur
