Question / Help Mic and Desktop audio INSANELY low.

I recently got a new headset with a mic and decided to open up OBS to see how it sounded. I go into OBS and record... and the audio is just very low. I thought it was just my headset, so I swapped back to my other mic and headphones, and the same thing happened. My audio was just horribly low. So, I reinstalled OBS and tried it again, no luck. I don't know what happened but suddenly my audio was down like 70 db or something. However, if I go into discord, in game, or any other place, my mic volume and audio are perfectly fine. This is only occurring in OBS. If I try adding gain and tweaking the settings, it just sounds like complete trash. I have no idea how to fix this.
