That looks fine, no errors that I can see. If you are still having issues then lower your bitrate to 2500 and if you can post a link to the Twitch VOD so that we can see the end result

I have tried these things while just recording and the game i am playing is still really laggy. i am also not sure how to get an obs log

@DraconianGaming please create a new post, details on how to get a log are posted at the top of each forum

@DalexHD everything looked good to me, the only problem I could see was that you were buffering but that wouldn't surprise me because from what I could see you were streaming and viewing at the same time, and possibly recording using some other software. The best although not perfect way to see how your stream is performing is to watch from another device, provided you have available bandwidth to do both. I use my Twitch VOD to check quality, it's not the best way but it seems to work and means you don't stream and view at the same time
