Memory Whats more to my advantage

I have an i7 that will run OBS and only OBS, not streaming games
The computer has 2 sticks 8g each of 1600 ram so 16g
I have 2 extra chips of 8g at 1333 so an extra 16g
I know if I add them they should work but will downgrade the 1600 to 1333

My question what is more to my advantage to have 16g @ 1600 or 32g@1333 ?
