Hello,
For several weeks now I have gotten what seems to be memory leaks on OBS Studio. I was previously using Streamlabs OBS and had the same issue, hence I switched to OBS Studio in hope that it would fix it. It didn't.
It happens after several hours of streaming, usually 2-3 hours so the issue is a bit long to reproduce.
Here is the log of my streaming session from this morning.
I was streaming Dead Cells which is a game that doesn't demand any high amount of ressources to run. At some point the game wouldn't load anymore and sent me a memory related error message. Then when launching the game again, it would crash at any loading screen with the same message. As soon as I stopped the stream and closed OBS Studio, I was able to run the game just fine.
I also had issues displaying some google chrome tabs, saying that I was out of memory (memory doesn't go over 40% usage though...). When streaming on Streamlabs OBS,I had huge game crashes, on top of Chrome, Discord and other applications all crashing together.
