Media sources audio disappears on scene transition

OBS version 26.1.0, Xubuntu 18.04

I'm using the PPA version of OBS, whenever I transition scenes audio from media sources disappears.

In the OBS mixer it shows up as audio coming through, but if you monitor it or listen via stream it doesn't show up.

Media sources are .m4a on scene 2, and gchd.ts on scene 1.

Any suggestions?
