Question / Help Media Source - No Audio On Stream - Solved, needed QuickTime

Hi, I am trying to get my intro setup with OBS so I can have it play my intro before I do my stream. I see I need to use the media source which I have done so, and when OBS is playing the video I see audio from the video showing in OBS as playing. I see that it isn't supposed to play on your onboard audio, only through the stream/recording. However it literally isn't playing the audio from the video on the stream/recording. Any idea what is up? I am using OBS Studio on Windows and the video is in a QuickTime .mov format. Is that what the issue may be?

Umm, I'm sorry, I just noticed this is for the legacy obs, didn't notice you had two forums one for the old obs another for the studio. Sorry about that

Here's the log file, from what it looks, I assume I am correct that it's it being a Quicktime MOV that's causing it?

Ok I sorted it, I just needed to install QuickTime. Had no idea about the logs but thanks for pointing the logs out as that aac codec error in the log was certainly self explanatory. Well I sure know that now lol.
