Media Source as "monitor and output" now doubles the audio since last update (29 1.3) yesterday. It used to never do this. Also, "monitor only" plays both monitor and output to stream instead of monitor only and with one single audio. like this is the setting of what monitor and output used to be. Any tips to getting my monitor and output back to what it was?

Maybe portable mode of OBS will be the easiest way to complete the "downgrade" task.

Bug Report - Crash with «Could not find locale.ini path» when opening app Settings
Probably, a duplicated issue. If so, please point to a thread with solution. When I open settings while a brand new scene is showing, settings window opens fine and look like working fine, but if I add at least one source, settings stop opening and app starts crashing each time a Settings...
