Media Source issues

hello everyone! I'm sure there are threads about this issue already but I'm still having issues so I apologize in advanced.

I've been having some media source issues. Every time i add a media source, the video either lags or just doesn't play at all for me.
I've tried converting them to webm files to make it easier to encode(?) but still no luck.
here is my log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/MThASK0NHGQ9zPpI

You have an awful lot of media files loading and they're all set to be on even when the scene is inactive. Try setting them to be be closed when inactive. Your system just might not be able to run that many videos simultaneously.

Stick with a standard framerate with your sources, not such as 28?!
Disable the Hardware GPU Scheduler in Windows, if still enabled.
Try to run OBS as admin.

Regarding webm or similar formats: You can't spare encoding time cause all sources have to be decoded by OBS first, then assembled into the final frame, then this frame encoded.
Disable Streamelements to check if it demands your machine too much.
