Media Source glow not visible with alpha layer

I've been having a tough time cracking this issue. I've created an Animated Webcam Frame in Blender and exported it as a WebM file with a little compression.

When the video is viewed in VLC or Windows Media Player the Glow is visible but not when I import it into OBS Studio(V. 27.0.1).

Attached are screen captures of the same media source file in WMP and OBS. The difference is pretty obvious. I've searched all over the internet for an answer. Really hope someone can help me out here. :)

Hello, did you ever figure out this issue? I'm running into a similar problem with glow on OBS too.
