Bug Report Media Source from IP Cam bad with 19.0.2 build

I have installed the last build of OBS STUDIO 19.0.2 Windows version and my ipcamera from media source now show a very bad quality image, very slow and very ghosts .... I changed the enconding, the h264, etc and nothing helps.

Solution: Downgrade to 18.0.1

The video and video cames directly from ip cam via RTSP protocol.
