Media source doesn't output to my speakers

I am having a problem with OBS: When I have a media source and set it to output, it sometimes doesn't output to my speakers or cuts off after a while. Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

Additional information: This happens with any kind of media file, but it doesn't happen in Streamlabs. It occurs with default streaming settings.

Your speakers are fed from the Monitor, not the Output. The Output only goes to the stream and recording.
