I am working with OBS Studio 0.16.5 (64 bit, windows) and maybe I found out some bug with Media Source. I did a quick check in the forum and as far as I saw there was no post about that so I thought I report it.
Media Source is working just fine however if you use the same source (from global of course) in different scenes the audio of the media just not played anymore. If the source is used only once it works perfectly but as soon as you put it into another scene the audio is gone in both scene.
