Question / Help Media Source audio does not output (desktop, stream or record)

Hi, i have an RTSP media source with sound, video works, sound appears to (has moving sound bar under the mixer called "Media Source"

I cant find a way to output this to stream (YouTube) or desktop (cant hear it) or record it, no sound it heard at all. Streaming desktop sounds does work though, is there a setting i am missing?

I know there was? a bug in 2015/6 about the media sound not being heard at the desktop and that still appears to be the case 3-4 years on, is this the same bug though that its not streaming this sound to record and streaming output?

I'm having the same issue with my RSTP source. It tends to work for a minute or so, and then I lose audio. VLC media player is still picking up the audio from the same source, so I know the problem is with OBS.

Also, if I lose the RSTP video feed, and then get it back, VLC will resume playing the feed, while OBS will stay at a black screen. =(
