Question / Help maximum settings for my specs

Hey guys,

I just got a simple question.
I want to start streaming (once again) and I'd like to know if you know what my notebook is able to stream without burning.


GTX 765m
16GB RAM
i7 4700MQ 4x 2,40
Win 10 64-bit

Internet connection
60-100mbits download
6mbits upload max.

Your notebook is pretty powerful, it should be able to handle this:

Encoder: x264
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 2500-3500 (twitch allows a max of 3500 for non partners, sometimes it is nice to set it lower so viewers with slower connections can watch. Your internet speed is much faster than this so really your choice, I usually use a bitrate of 3000)
Keyframe Interval: 2
CPU Usage Preset: Veryfast (If getting encoding lag change to superfast)
Profile: Main

Base Res: (same as your monitor, probably 1920x1080)
Output Resolution 1280x720
Downscale filter: Lanczos
Framerate 30

Advanced tab: YUV Color Space: 709

Make sure to select the server that is closest to you.
