Question / Help Maximum Settings For LoL

Hey all, I'm sure this is an over asked question, but I'd like to hear the current best setup for what my system can handle.

i5-6600k @ 3.5ghz
gtx 1050 3gb OC
16 gb ddr4 (2300mhz i think)
250gb SSD
64 bit windows 10

I would really like to stream League of Legends in the max quality that I can acheive. I run the game on maximum settings, if that makes any difference. I also do have some experience setting OBS up, so I'm not a complete noob. :D

Just use simple output mode

bitrate 3000
encoder x264
audio bitrate 160

Video tab
base res (set to your monitors resolution)
output res 1280x720
downscale filter lanczos
framerate 30

if you are getting lag turn vsync on.
