Each one is its own sound card. So then the question becomes, "How many USB sound cards can you have?"
The answer to that varies widely, depending on the details of your system, and how cheaply they were made:
If they're cheap enough to report the same serial number to the USB host ('cause the factory can just stamp them out that way, and not have to program each one), then the answer is probably, "One."
If they did actually follow the USB standard, then the answer is probably, "A lot."
USB standard say: 127 max device, but every device need bandwidth, and it will run out of bandwidth faster than you will exceed the number of connected devices.
