Question / Help Massive Webcam FPS drop in Planet Coaster

Hey everyone,

I've been streaming for a little while now and have not had issues with my webcam until last night with Planet Coaster. I've streamed Overwatch (on ultra), Dark Souls, Osiris, Divinity, Amnesia, and more with no problems. It seems that Planet Coaster is a CPU intensive game, and my Logitech C920 starts lagging when playing it.

Example of what I'm talking about: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3vRULtjPSag&feature=youtu.be

My specs are:
  • i7-6700K
  • 16GB DDR4 RAM
  • Nvidia GTX 1070
I'm using OBS with x264 encoding & tried switching between faster/veryfast settings and the webcam stayed the same. The webcam is set to 1280x720p resolution. The game itself streams fine, and I haven't had this issue with any other games, anyone know if there is a way to fix this?

I've tried using the NVENC encoding as well, but I get the same results. I've attached the logs below:

Update:

I tried turning off all the auto functions on the logitech driver (auto white balance, focus, etc) and it changed nothing. After uninstalling the logitech drivers, it seems some of the issue can be attributed to the drivers, I found that some of the problem can be attributed to the Logitech Drivers. It seems that when I install the generic UVD Driver and I set the Output to MJPEG, the video does not lag, but now it glitches/artifacts constantly. This is frustrating because I've talked to other streamers with the same Camera, CPU, and similar GPU and they have no issues.
