Question / Help Massive stutter on stream; Video card issue?

A little while ago, I beefed up my PC and bought new CPU, Memory and Motherboard. Also upgraded my monitor to 144hz Asus Gaming monitor. I get 0 lag whatsoever in game while streaming (feels just like normal), but then I go back and look at the stream and I get 1 frame every 3-5 seconds?

Here's log file from last stream. I've tried TONS of different settings; looked them up on various sites to find 'the best' settings.

The only thing I did not update was my Video card, which I plan on doing sometime soon, but can't yet. Could this be my issue?

You may be able to see that from the log, but this is generally what OBS tells me...

I believe you're using the hardware encoder NVENC, which may overload your GPU so it can't stream all the frames you're trying to stream. Why not try using the software encoder x264? Your i7-6700k should do just fine streaming on the software encoder!

Let me know if it fixed your stream.

A GTX 760 is not a suitable GPU to drive a 144 Hz display. It's barely suitable for running modern games at 1080p60. It's getting overloaded and tanking OBS performance.

OK, that's what I figured (hence the subject). It was my goal to upgrade it before now, but just didn't happen. Thank you for your help and your response.

Here's a log from that. I toned everything else down too. 30fps, 720p, x264, etc. It's definitely better, but I guess I just need to do the video card update. Going for that nvidia 1080 since they've dropped a little with the new ones coming out.

Here's a lot from the toned down one.
